SMS Opt-In Disclosure

Overview

RecoverFlow uses two opt-in methods for its SMS scheduling and client management service. Both methods provide clear identification of the sender, opt-out instructions, and all required disclosures prior to or at the point of consent.

Method 1 — Text-Based Opt-In (Outreach)

How it works

RecoverFlow sends an initial two-part SMS to potential subscribers. The first message identifies RecoverFlow as the sender and includes opt-out instructions. The second message asks a qualifying question about their business.

By replying to either message, the recipient provides express written consent to receive follow-up communications from RecoverFlow. Every subsequent message identifies RecoverFlow as the sender and includes STOP opt-out instructions.

Exact messages recipients receive

Message 1:
"Hi [Name], it's Max from RecoverFlow. Reply STOP anytime to opt out."

Message 2:
"Hi [Name], how many pet sitting clients do you currently have?"

Method 2 — Web Form Opt-In (Subscribers)

How it works

After purchasing a RecoverFlow subscription at www.recoverflowsystem.com, customers complete an onboarding form at recoverflowsystem.com/setup and provide their mobile number. By submitting the form they consent to receive daily SMS scheduling briefs from RecoverFlow.

The following consent language is displayed directly above the submit button on the form:

"By submitting this form you consent to receive daily SMS scheduling briefs from RecoverFlow. Message and data rates may apply. Up to 18 messages per day. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. No mobile data will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes."
