1. Who We Are

RecoverFlow is operated by RECOVERFLOW, a business registered in Ontario, Canada (Business Identification Number: 1001646122). We provide an SMS-based scheduling and client management service for independent pet sitters, dog walkers, house cleaners, and other small service businesses.

2. Information We Collect

Mobile phone number. Collected when you reply to a RecoverFlow outreach message or submit our onboarding form at recoverflowsystem.com/setup. Used solely to send you SMS messages as described below.

Business name and owner name. Collected through our onboarding form. Used to personalize your daily scheduling briefs.

Client and schedule data. Names, addresses, visit times, pet details, and notes you provide through our onboarding form. Used exclusively to generate your daily SMS scheduling briefs.

Message reply content. Replies you send to RecoverFlow SMS messages. Used to manage your account state and respond appropriately.

3. How We Use Your Information

— Sending outreach SMS messages to potential subscribers who may benefit from our scheduling service.

— Sending daily SMS scheduling briefs to active subscribers with their client visit schedules, times, addresses, and notes.

— Processing opt-out requests, responding to HELP requests, and managing your account.

4. SMS Messaging — A2P 10DLC Compliance

Opt-in. You consent to receive SMS messages from RecoverFlow in one of two ways: (1) by replying to an initial outreach SMS message we send you, which identifies RecoverFlow and includes opt-out instructions; or (2) by submitting your mobile number through our onboarding form at recoverflowsystem.com/setup and agreeing to receive daily scheduling briefs.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Active subscribers may receive up to 18 SMS messages per day including their daily scheduling brief and account notifications.

Opt-out. Reply STOP to any RecoverFlow message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply START to resubscribe.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information or mobile number with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Service providers. We may share limited data with subcontractors who assist in delivering the RecoverFlow service (such as our SMS delivery infrastructure). These parties are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than delivering the service.

6. Data Security

Your information is stored on secure infrastructure located in Canada. We take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Client scheduling data is stored locally on RecoverFlow systems and is not transmitted to third-party marketing platforms.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your RecoverFlow account is active. When you cancel your subscription or send STOP, your data is removed from our active systems within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at max@recoverflowsystem.com.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. To exercise any other rights contact us at max@recoverflowsystem.com.

9. Children's Privacy

RecoverFlow is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of RecoverFlow after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
