These Terms and Conditions govern your use of RecoverFlow, an SMS-based scheduling and client management service operated by RECOVERFLOW, a business registered in Ontario, Canada.
RecoverFlow provides an automated SMS service that sends daily scheduling briefs to pet sitters, house cleaners, and other independent service providers. The service includes outreach messages to potential subscribers and daily SMS briefs to active subscribers containing their client visit schedules, times, addresses, and notes.
You consent to receive SMS messages from RecoverFlow in one of the following ways:
Outreach consent: RecoverFlow sends an initial SMS to your mobile number. The message identifies RecoverFlow and includes opt-out instructions ("Reply STOP anytime to opt out"). By responding to our message, you provide express consent to receive follow-up communications from RecoverFlow.
Subscriber consent: After purchasing a RecoverFlow subscription, you complete an onboarding form and provide your mobile number. By submitting the form, you consent to receive daily SMS scheduling briefs from RecoverFlow.
Message frequency varies based on your subscription level and usage. Active subscribers may receive up to 18 SMS messages per day, including their daily scheduling brief, account notifications, and service updates.
You may opt out of all RecoverFlow SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation message confirming your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to your number.
To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any previous RecoverFlow message.

Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS messages sent and received. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan. RecoverFlow is not responsible for any charges incurred through your mobile carrier.
RecoverFlow subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate specified at time of signup. Subscriptions continue on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at max@recoverflowsystem.com or by replying CANCEL to any message.
You agree to use RecoverFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use RecoverFlow to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable laws including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
RecoverFlow provides its service on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any missed messages, delivery delays, or service interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current month's subscription.
Your use of RecoverFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of RecoverFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
